Why we do what we do!
Dynamic Adventures Ltd courses are based around the most recent brain research and cutting edge teaching strategies. We design programmes that involve all four learning styles, Activist, Reflector, Pragmatist, and Theorist. Aspects of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence are utilised and we harness the broad range of tools known as accelerated learning. You will be active during our courses! Not always lifting logs or crossing rivers, but fun and meaningful activities that can be done inside or outside.
The ultimate question is how we can change people's behaviour. Because that is why you have come to us in the first place. We understand that each person will take away a different experience and a different meaning of the course. Our plan is that the meaning each person takes away will be a catalyst for lasting change.

How we work
We visit the organisation to get a feel for what it is all about. In particular we listen to everyone who has a stake in the course and ask lots of questions! The course itself is very flexible and will evolve as it progresses. We use active learning techniques. Participants take part in various tasks, discussions and workshops, we then review what happened and why. Throughout the whole process we make constant links back to the workplace. We carry out a post course follow up, to ensure the transfer of learning back to the work place and to evaluate our performance
