Have you recently sustained an injury that just won’t go away?… Want to be treated in the comfort of your own home? … Then dynamic therapy is for you…

Dynamic Therapy is a new part of Dynamic Adventures helping athletes to return to sport after injury. Treatment will take place at home, with a qualified, friendly sports therapist.

Rebecca Whitelock is a full member of the Society of Sports Therapists www.society-of-sports-therapists.org the leading body in sports therapy and thus is fully trained and insured to practice in both a clinical and team environment; adhering to the code of practice and the rules and regulations laid down by the Society.

Why choose sports therapy?

Sports therapy is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability. It utilises the principles of sport and exercise sciences incorporating physiological and pathological processes to prepare the participant for training, competition and where applicable, work.

Who can be treated?

Anyone with a sports related injury can come along for a course of treatment which will be tailored to your specific needs aiming to return you to full fitness as soon as possible. As a mobile unit it allows flexibility to adapt to your needs with at home exercises prescribed to enhance your rehabilitation between treatment sessions. Rehabilitation is vital in preventing subsequent injury, making it essential that the body is back to full strength and fitness before recommencing competition.

If you have:

  • Sustained a recent injury
  • Joint, ligament or soft tissue injury e.g. sprains or pulls
  • A long term injury that will not go away
  • Pre and post operative care requirements
  • Specific rehabilitation needs
  • Sports specific or team requirements
  • A prehabilitation programme

Then please get in touch.
