Dynamic Adventures Ltd teambuilding courses are based around the most recent brain research and cutting edge teaching strategies. We design programmes that involve all four learning styles, Activist, Reflector, Pragmatist, and Theorist. Aspects of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence are utilised and we harness the broad range of tools known as accelerated learning. We use various team building and motivational theories to consolidate the course including:

• Maslow’s hierarchy of needs
• Belbin’s team roles
• Herzberg’s motivators and hygiene factors
• Kolb’s learning styles
• Ashby’s law of requisite variety

These techniques are learnt, experienced and achieved through outdoor adventurous activities such as teambuilding games, assault courses, river crossings, kayaking, raft building and many others. However, the teambuilding event can be suited to your needs and we can equally cater for indoor activities and games. The course also involves workshops and finally, reviews.

The ultimate question is how we can change people's behaviour, because that is why you have come to us in the first place. We understand that each person will take away a different experience and a different meaning of the course. Our plan is that the meaning each person takes away will be a catalyst for lasting change.

The Teambuilding Process

We visit the organisation to get a feel for what it is all about.  In particular we listen to everyone who has a stake in the course and ask lots of questions!  The course itself is very flexible and will evolve as it progresses.  We use active learning techniques. Participants take part in various tasks, discussions and workshops, we then review what happened and why. Throughout the whole process we make constant links back to the workplace.  We carry out a post course follow up, to ensure the transfer of learning back to the work place and to evaluate our performance

Team course

Make your team more effective and efficient with a team building weekend, with follow up (maximum course size 12 people). This is a practical course looking at team theory, dealing with awkward situations, leadership styles, making tough decisions… it’s all included.

Teambuilding for Schools

Dynamic Adventures do not just offer teambuilding days and weekends for companies and organisations – they are also available to schools. Teambuilding games and activities are ideal for pupils getting to know each other in year 7 or coming into sixth form and produce results as well as being great fun.
