Andy	Paul

Andy Whitelock Andy is proud of the reputation that Dynamic Adventures Ltd have earned with regard to quality and safety. Andy enjoys making the difference…. Andy Whitelock lives in Crawley with his wife & family. He spent 20 years working in banking and finance in London and became a Managing Director. Andy decided to leave the City to pursue his life long passion and become a sailing instructor. This led to developing skills in all outdoor activities and work in many outdoor centres as a freelance instructor. Since setting up Dynamic Adventures Ltd Andy has been fundamental in steering the financial fortunes of the company. Paul Mitchell Paul is passionate about developing opportunities for all young people using Adventure. His natural ability to grow young leaders is legendary! Paul Mitchell has 18 years of experience in outdoor activities starting in the Scouts and Venture Scouts. After leaving construction management he turned to a residential youth work, working three years in a children's home concentrating on outdoor activities. Paul has also lived and worked in the Lake District National Park at an activity centre. He has completed the London Marathon twice and has won the Southern 50 Challenge. Travelling extensively throughout the world, Paul has climbed and trekked throughout Europe and the Alps , Iceland , Scotland , North and South America , Australia , and recently climbed Mount Kenya.   Qualifications: International Mountain Leader M.I.A. Dave Parkinson (North Wales)

One of life’s great all-rounders Dave is equally at home on snow, rock, bike trails, rivers, lakes and the sea.  He runs the North Wales division of the company and has a great depth of knowledge of the area.  Dave has recently developed a passion for outdoor survival skills and is busy learning about all the things you can (and can’t!) eat in the woods.
On top of his outdoor skills Dave is a talented DJ, so the team is never short of a tune.  Dave has been with us since November 2003.

Ben Hall (Devon)

Ben joined us at the start of 2005 and has since impressed us with the amount he can eat.  Apart from food, his main buzz is rock climbing and he is passionate about developing others’ skills.   He is also a keen mountaineer and has recently discovered the joys of white water kayaking.

Paul Knight (South East)

Paul joined us in June 2005.  A former international kayaker, Paul advises Dynamic Adventures on all aspects of canoe/kayak sport.
