Dynamic Adventures staff have a genuine passion for the outdoors and for inspiring others to enjoy the outdoors also. Their sense of adventure and their excitement for a wide range of outdoor pursuits results in high-energy and therefore high-quality leadership. Between the five full time members of staff, enthusiastic trainee instructors and specialist freelancers, Dynamic Adventures hold a broad spectrum of qualifications including:

General Qualifications

This diversity of these qualifications means that Dynamic Adventures consistently provides high quality adventurous activities for beginners up to and including instructor level.

Andy Whitelock and Paul Mitchell are the directors of Dynamic Adventures. Between them, they have a wealth of knowledge and experience in working in the outdoors. Andy is twice national Wanderer sailing champion and Paul has extensively travelled across the world and between them have a total of over 30 years of experience in the outdoors.

Dynamic Adventures would not be the same without its three diverse and dynamic full-time members of staff. Dave Parkinson runs the North-West section of the company. Dave is passionate about the mountains, and has a depth of knowledge about the area in which he lives and works.
Paul Knight, a former international kayaker and Katie Strycharzuk, a five star paddler and level four kayak coach, advise Dynamic Adventures on all aspects of canoeing, kayaking and other watersports.

The five full time members of staff are greatly supported by specialist freelancers and enthusiastic trainee instructors.
